Mixed Berry, Nut, and Yogurt Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 handful mixed berries
- 1 handful walnuts (or any nuts you prefer)
- 3 spoonfuls coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend your cashews and water until all cashews are blended.
- Pour chia seeds and milk in a container and mix well before chilling in fridge.
- Let it chill for at least 2 hours, ideally 4 hours+ / overnight,
- When ready to serve, add all the toppings, no need to chop berries! Drizzle the maple at the very end.
