Mixed Berry, Nut, and Yogurt Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 handful mixed berries
  • 1 handful walnuts (or any nuts you prefer)
  • 3 spoonfuls coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Blend your cashews and water until all cashews are blended.
  • Pour chia seeds and milk in a container and mix well before chilling in fridge.
  • Let it chill for at least 2 hours, ideally 4 hours+ / overnight,
  • When ready to serve, add all the toppings, no need to chop berries! Drizzle the maple at the very end.
