Total Time 4 minutesmins
Equipment
1 Food Processor
Ingredients
1cuppitted datesMake sure they are not dry and stiff, and double-check the pits and stems are removed! If they are are stiff, place them in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes before using. Medjool dates would be ideal because of their larger size and meatier consistency.
1cupnut and seed mixture of your choice I usually use 1/4 cup of each: almonds, cashews, and walnuts, 1/8 cup of Brazil nuts, and 2 tablespoons each of: chia, hemp, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds.
Instructions
Place nuts and seeds into the food processor and run it for about 20 second until all whole nuts and seeds turn into little sandy pieces. Then remove from processor.
Add the dates into the processor and run it until it become a big ball, then add the nuts and seed mix to the processor.
Mix it all until they blend into one mix, and then create 8 little balls a little larger than a big grape. Eat it right away or put in fridge to save for later, as it will last refrigerated for up to two weeks,
